Cegorach is a bit of an unusual case among the Eldar gods in that he only appears in 40k, with no presence in Fantasy. Even without an analogue to the Harlequins in 40k, he could have made an appearance but he's just not there.
As for the AP1 joke: back in earlier editions Armor Penetration was a value that weapons (and in the older editions only ranged weapons) had that determined if your enemy could make an armor save against your attacks, with the number indicating at which point saves would be ineffective. So AP 5 meant that all armor saves (rolled on a single six-sided die) of a 5+ or 6+ would be ignored, AP 4 ignores 4+, 5+ and 6+ and so on. If your armor was better than the AP value you could make your save as normal, so a Space Marine with a 3+ save could roll to save as normal against attacks with AP 4+. Now, AP 1 was special in that not only it ignored all armor saves (which never went above 2+), it also did extra damage against vehicles (who had their own system of determining damage). So AP 1 was really good. This system differs from the current one where all AP is lised as the likes of AP-1, AP-2, AP-3 and so on where the numbers instead indicates the number that is substracted from the die roll. So if a Space Marine with his 3+ save rolls a 3 against an AP-1 weapon the result is a 2, which means he doesn't make the save.
And yes, Ezekyle Abaddon is the Archaon analogue for 40k: the big bad Chaos dude dressed in black and gold leading the mortal forces of Chaos. Except where Archaon has shown to actually be compenent by blowing up the Fantasy world and ascending to godhood in his own right, Abaddon is memed to be an absolute failure who has launched thirteen great campaigns against the Imperium, and failing to destroy the corpse god every single time.
