2024-07-22 08:26:34 +0000 UTCThe whole "Love Can Bloom" thing is a reference to a famous and surprisingly wholesome fanfiction of the same name based on the first two expansions of Dawn of War. It is also notable that it got referenced by the Dark Heresy RPG, making it pseudo-canon alongside a few other fanmade characters. As for Miguel Caron, he was the studio head of Behaviour Interactive while working on Eternal Crusade. The game came out two years after the video and was... not very good.
