nah the manga was going threw a slow path and the general opnion of season 2 when season 3 was anounce was it being very same'ish, so they skipped to the plot relying on the recap at the start to carry the wait of the imortant ones, well believing folks would be bored with another season of the same. knowing that there wont be a 4th. Simply put "Lets finish it on a decent note before the manga stops serialzation"
