It be nice if each lord had 2-3 different stat location you could choose, for some replay value, I'm getting real tired of always having to deal with wood elf shenanigans when I want to play with nukes. It's not that odd an idea, although of races have different start locations depending on game and map, in total warhammer 2 ikit had a start in lustria in the campaign mode, but mortal empire had him start in his current start. More recently the new cathey lord have 2 starts depending on campaign or immortal empire. Also most of the demon factions are moved quite a lot between modes.
