Vostroyan Firstborns !! Because they weren't able to send reinforcements to Terra during the Heresy, they feel guilty for the state big E is in. Since then they have never once failed to send their firstborns to the guard and take pride in doing so. iirc Guilliman is the one who gave them this punishment after the heresy. Also since they come from a world that makes weapons, each firstborn's weapons is tailor made for them by their family.
