I like going in a little blind to a world, personally. It keeps me more engaged when I have to guess at worldbuilding from context cues than when it's spoon fed to us as if Misaka had never seen fit to intervene with those hoodlums. Then the entire first episode would be just following the tour guide bus and getting exposition.
