Garmeli was indeed not just a tiny satyr, he was something greater. He said Sandor was an Archfey, so perhaps he is as well. And yeah, bow's name is Fenthris. In the game, changing into a fire elemental is basically instant, and then to use tree teleportation to burn both treants (LOTR: Ent) in one go was a masterful move. So cool.
