Film Request time again!! Ok , You LOVE Sci-Fi. Your from New York. This is a MUST see for you Sir! Escape From New York - 1981 - Director - John Carpenter - Staring - Kurt Russell - Issac Hayes - In a dystopian 1997, a soldier-turned-bank robber is tasked with rescuing the U.S. President after he crashes into Manhattan, which has been turned into a giant maximum security prison. - There are so many reasons that I know you will LOVE this film. From the camera work and acting , to the FX and story. Kurt Russell himself has stated that this is his favorite of all his films, and Snake Plissken is his favorite of his characters. He even kept the original costume: ] Also , Russell wanted this role badly to help him shed his Disney Image. I do hope you will consider this film for a watch soon. Peace

And this episode was fantastic for that. And I'm glad I don't have to hate Floki; ] This show is giving me the urge to watch some bad ass sword flix , like Conan , The Sword and the Sorcerer , and a few others.
