Your a logic guy. So it should be pretty simple. You get 50% from your DNA from your mother and 50% from your father. There is no hierarchy in that. With full brothers (or sisters) you therefore share 50% of your DNA (unless your an identical twin). And with half brothers 25%. That's it.

So your kids with your wife are half siblings to your daughter from your previous relationship (ETA: based on the definition of half siblings and that genetically you only share half of the DNA from said siblings, regardless of the gender of the shared parent). However, there are a good amount of people that don't use the half part because family is family.
