Second thoughts on grits now that i'm watching this for the 4th time lol. Grits are perfect if you want to suck the flavour out of any food except salt. I've tried them with greasy ass bacon in there, it sucks the flavour right out of good bacon. Cheese? now you've got stretchy flavourless grits that are a hydrated piss yellow (most diners i've seen use cheddar/american cheese). And did i mention the grit-concrete that forms on pots even if they are coated with non-stick something. Grit Scabs are fun to peel though.
