I think for context of why Nacho wouldn't suspect it being this Mike: keep in mind how he has seen Mike up til this point. He knows Mike as the guy who would go to extreme lengths to avoid killing someone. Not exactly the kind of person you expect to be a high up under Gus who you've personally seen choke someone out with a bag over their head and threaten your father.

If you can make time this decade for another vintage series that I’m certain you’ll love just as much as The Sopranos, give House a try. It streams on the Peacock network, since it ran on NBC (where it broke every rule for mainstream network entertainment.)

She is both angry that Jimmy didn't stop the plan but at the same time, she wanted it to happen because she hates big business taking advantage of the little guy. She is very similar to Jimmy but her conscience pulls her back from the brink even though she wants to jump into chaos.

On the DEA not knowing about Gus, I would say that, on one hand, Salamancas are not rats. On the other hand, probably Lalo considered that it would be too dangerous and close to him and the cartel to make Gus known to the DEA. That's how I explain it to be able to sleep at night at least. Nothing canon or officially explained, as far as I know. Edit: I agree with the weirdness of Nacho not knowing his name or at least not making the connection that he made when Mike robbed Hector's truck. But Nacho is also surprised to know that Mike is working for Gus, so it also seems possible that Mike, whether by name or as the pills guy bodyguard, was not in Nacho's radar for this "Michael". I guess I also expected a little more from Nacho haha.

Like you said, man, who tf did he think it was? I guess "Michael" is a common enough name, but honestly, what were the chances it'd be anyone else? Unless I'm missing something. I'm sure the comment section will tell me.
