2024-11-14 23:43:52 +0000 UTCNot many people pick up so quickly on the fact that Isabella is a hallucination, despite there being some visual cues right away: when Tony approaches her, the fence between the two yards just disappears; there are colorful flowers growing where there weren’t any before. Also, when Tony encounters her after picking up his prescriptions, the drug store has a sign reading “Chemist est 1907.” Tony in the first episode tells his shrink that he feels like other people “got in on the ground floor” of his business, and he is in it at its end. So in his fantasy, he’s not just in a different place but a different time. David Chase the show creator has said that the show is not just about the waning years of the Mafia, but of America. Prescient.

That's usually prescribed to only treat bipolar disorder to help regulate mania and depression episodes characteristic of bipolar disorder. Also, mixing the two can cause some pretty nasty side effects like hallucinations, seizures, and in extreme cases, coma or death, and are typically not prescribed together. I'm surprised she would even prescribe both at the same time as she is a psychiatrist and she should know this already. Did she diagnose him as bipolar? I thought it was just general depression but I could have missed it.

I traveled to Spain a handful of times as well because they have a navy base in Rota, and I used to have layovers there. I am now trying to get a government job in either Italy or Spain, and I'm hoping I can becuse I loved those two countries.
