Don't consider myself picky, but I don't watch many movies you post unless they appeal to me, I really gave Sons of Anarchy a shot... i did.. but im too critical or just can't get in it lol same with the boys. So last month or two? i've watched The accountant, and all of Better call Saul haha but i'm still here! now I have sopranos to get back into? I'm stoked..

ETA: I wonder if layaway went away because it was no longer financially lucrative. Things put on hold is money that could have been spent right away by someone else. May have put them in the red. I'm not business savy, but waiting until the very end of the year to see profits (I think a big portion of layaways were likely for the holidays) doesn't seem like a sound business plan even with the payment plans. Maybe. I don't know.

2024-08-29 07:46:03 +0000 UTCOk , First , (for those interested)my ziti was fantastic! Anthony Jr woulda LOVED it. Now , as to the reaction.. OMFG!! Loved it! Better than I even hoped for. Ya had fun , questions , confusion , and ya talked mad shit bout Jersey! As for the directing , etc , this was the show that made network tv shit their pants. A pay service had the highest rated , most talked about TV almost from the word go. And , as someone commented already , It was groundbreaking. And , as also mentioned in comments , it's Season 1. First seasons are almost always rough with direction , sets , lighting , etc. It'll smooth out. There is a reason this is usually in the Top 10 Best TV Shows Ever lists. (Top 3 for me. along with The Twilight Zone , and Mystery Science Theater 3000.) So very glad you had fun and enjoyed Epi 1. And as always Sir. Thanks for sharing . Peace

After his deeper discussion about Asperger's in The Accountant video, I probably should have realized this is just another part of having Asperger's. I did also wonder how he didn't pick up on the psychiatrist when he said he was there for panic attacks and his doctor referred him. He did finally make the Italian connection and the mafia. It just took a while to get there.

You can't overemphasize what a bomb this show dropped on everyone when it premiered. There simply had never been anything quite like it.
