2024-08-13 14:41:11 +0000 UTCUpdate on Deadpool/Wolverine movie: Chis Stuckmann says it's good also. Indeed Hugh/Wolverine plays the "straight man" and Ryan/Deadpool... is Deadpool. So the comics basically: Wolverine is The X-Man, Deadpool knows he's in a movie/comic, is pretty insane, and does the comic relief. It's official MCU entry. It will be the only "Official MCU" rated R movie to date. It's also basically a real-life redemption arc since they will be playing their most liked versions (Wolverine ala "Logan", Deadpool from the Deadpool movies) at the same time... so it'll make up for what they did to X-men Origins: Wolverine. You should go watch this one in the movies actually. It appears it'll be worth it. The last Marvel movie I went to see was Dr. Strange... and the reason is I saw the visuals... they look like a DMT experience, so I was highly intrigued. This looks like it's going to be great, and I know these two reviewers would have called it trash immediatelly if it wasn't good.

The dog's name is Fidèle, you can look it up. Tourists would take boat trips just to see that dog. Americans would send it fan mail and dogtoys. Bruges or as we belgians say "Brugge" has a special place in my heart.

2024-08-12 08:38:01 +0000 UTCOne of my favourite jokes is that when they go to the tower at the climax of the movie, it's closed, and the attendant says it was because yesterday, an American had a heart attack on the stairs. It was the fat guy from the beginning. Also, Ken chucked coins off the tower so that he wouldn't hit anyone when he jumped. You can see the crowd backing away from the spot before he jumps. After all, if stuff falls from the sky, you'll get out of the way. But my favourite line is "Two manky prostitutes and a racist dwarf... I'm calling it a night." And for your information a lolipop man/woman is a crossing guard. They are called lollipop men because of the shape of their stop signs.
