The I-219V Ethernet controller is typically associated to Intel vPro, which isn't available for the i3-1115G4 but may be available for different CPU SKUs that Seneca may have on other models. On systems build to support vPro processors and have multiple NICs, you'll find mismatched NICs as you'll only have one for vPro and the other one (sometimes Intel-based, sometimes Realtek, etc.). I think you'll kind something similar for AMD PRO systems.
