Great video!
You've talked about power consumption in several of your videos, but I'd like to know how you do your measurements? What device do you use? I'm looking for this kind of thing to do my own benchmarks in the future.

Love that video! I have an Inspiron 560 case swapped to a ares game cube case (or apevia) and it works as a Nas (not sure about Plex or jellyfin).

It really depends. If you have one HDD and SSD (SSD for boot drive and hdd for mass storage) then yeah, any more than one HDD would be not enough slots in the Dell case despite the 4th gen and newer has a different chassis look plus you'd only have between 2 to 4 SATA power cables. So I don't think any better then 3rd gen optiplexes will be good other than some HP computers and some Lenovo's (can't say all because some hp or Lenovo probably be in a similar situation as dell

I love it. Would you recommend a newer optiplex–with a 4th or 6th gen CPU like you mentioned– as a beginner's NAS?
