As a chef, sometimes it IS the waitresses that get the food wrong, be it they type in the wrong side, wrong temperature for a steak or tuna, or say we have something that we don't. I love the waitresses out there, they do the front line work but it's not always the cooks if things go wrong. :D Love this movie!
