Dude Just realized that Hermoine's mom is played by Michelle Fa... something who plays Catlyn Stark!

2025-01-22 03:15:23 +0000 UTCAs you brought up the magazine, however its more like a gun. Imagine your only way to defend yourself was with a gun, and your boss' gun wasnt working so he made you give up yours - and you did, knowing that you cant defend yourself now. Add to that the gun store is gone (HP 6 - olivanders), you will be hard pressed to find another. Then consider that its not just a wand for killing but for doing everyday tasks - for which some wizards rely heavily on - its giving up a lot. Take Voldemort for example. He used the killing curse 'avada kedavra' on Harry Potter as a baby which turned out to be his downfall. There's a million other ways he could have accomplished that task but he chose an instant magic death via his wand.

2025-01-17 19:41:52 +0000 UTCI'm sure you know that these movies are from seven books by now, but just wanted to remind you because most of us read the books first. Imagine year to year, just waiting for the next book lol! I think I was 29 or 30 years old and ending a very bad marriage, when I read the first Harry Potter book. I was lucky because they were already four written. And then even while the movies were coming out, the last of the books were coming out as well. It was quite exciting. The books were my only escape. And I read them over and over again, because they were so good!

2023-09-03 15:01:16 +0000 UTCA wand is more than a tool to transmit magic. It’s a near-sentient companion to a witch or wizard. They learn and grow together. The magic done by the wizard affects the wand and vise versa. Also, wands have somewhat of a memory/feelings. Their “feelings” of loyalty can grow and change depending on events.

2023-08-27 00:30:22 +0000 UTCCurrently I'm still learning how this works. I said this wasn't up, and I've been watching for it in the list of tags. Which hasn't updated in a week. So I thought you haven't posted anything. I guess it's time to catch up again and be a little bit less of a doofus at this time. A little.

2023-08-26 20:14:52 +0000 UTCAre hot drinks weird when it's -13 degrees Celsius outside and you can feel the chill in your bones? I think hot drinks and warm blankets in the winter are absolute bliss. When I come in from the wind and snow, nothing warms the chest like a nice sip of a hot drink like tea or hot chocolate. I love cold drinks too don't get me wrong, but on a cold dark windy winter day, nothing hits like a hot chocolate with a couple marshmallows in it.

2023-08-24 04:02:59 +0000 UTCHarry is a descendent of the third brother in the tale, his cloak is the piece of deaths cloak🙂 I grew up with the Harry Potter story, J.K Rowling is pretty good. But she's got nothing on Tolkien, he is the father of modern fantasy so I suppose it makes sense😄 Can't wait for your LOTR reaction, I suggest you watch the extended versions😁

2023-08-24 03:57:09 +0000 UTCyou might want to look up the deleted scene from Deathly Hallows Part 1. I think they made a mistake removing the scene with Dudley. Some redemption for Dudley.

2023-08-23 08:21:51 +0000 UTCso voldemort became he who must not be named because if you spoke his name he could tell where it came from. so thats why the name is feared so much. again in the books.

2023-08-23 07:08:55 +0000 UTCharrys cloak, IS THE CLOAK! explains in the book. not so much in the films

2023-08-23 06:48:55 +0000 UTCNothing better than a cold drink on a hot day. Or cold day. Idk what time it is, i want icecubes in my drink. Always.

2023-08-23 06:27:59 +0000 UTCIt's also very faithful to the books. Such a great adoption.

2023-08-23 05:58:44 +0000 UTCYou can also manipulate your thoughts to give them false information. My guess is that this is the route that Snape took. Voldemort would probably kill him if he simply blocked him.

2023-08-23 03:43:07 +0000 UTCThey left a lot of important information out from the books.

2023-08-23 03:41:26 +0000 UTCDude hot drinks ARE weird and I thank you for allowing me to witness someone else say it.

2023-08-22 11:44:09 +0000 UTCStarting now! I forgot about the part with Hermione's parents. I guess they are in the movies. ^^ Part one and two are from same year and same book, they just skipped so much in the other movies I hear that they had to make last one into two to fit in all the backstory they skipped. Great Reaction, can't wait for the Last! I will say after watching this movie for like the 4th or 5th time this time, I actually like it more than I thought. I used to kinda place this one lower as it makes you sad/angry to see the characters act like this to each other, but it really flowed this time.

2023-08-22 11:20:04 +0000 UTCI've watched this movie many times and I've come to the conclusion that the kids room was Harry's room before Voldemort tried to delete him. This was his house. Wouldn't you be curious if you've never been home in 17 years? Also it's not a stag. It's a doe. Stags have big antlers

2023-08-22 10:48:57 +0000 UTClosing a wand is like losing a part of yourself to a witch or wizard. a wand choses the wizard after all so there some deep connection to be had in the first place.
Silmoheru Rosaslie
2023-08-22 04:56:36 +0000 UTCsnape is a master occlumens! Definition: Occlumency is the act of magically closing one's mind against Legilimency. It can prevent a Legilimens from accessing one's thoughts and feelings, or influencing them. A person who practises this art is known as an Occlumens. this is what sanpe was trying to teach harry in 5 (order of the phoenix)

2023-08-22 04:52:46 +0000 UTCyoud think they would put that in. seems like important info lmao

2023-08-22 04:10:37 +0000 UTCIn a deleted scene, Ron tells Harry and Hermione that Voldemort's name is cursed and if you say it he'll know where you are. That's why everyone is afraid to say his name, and those that aren't are located.

2023-08-22 02:19:48 +0000 UTCRemember the Wand chooses the wizard not the other way around

2023-08-22 01:00:07 +0000 UTCGlad you enjoyed this one bro. It's probably my least favourite just because no Hogwarts but it's still a good movie because all the HP films are good lol. HP8 is a great watch too and an exciting finale to the series. Also I can't wait to watch you react to LotR as well!
