. The second Death Star had redesigned systems and was capable of firing the superlaser once every three minutes. It also had improved targeting computers, allowing it to fire the weapon accurately at capital ships.

Yes and no let me explain...After the beam was full charged and destroyed an entire planet it would take it 24 hours to fully charge again...However it could fire back to back not fully charged and those beams were also devastating but would not destroy a planet.

2024-09-12 04:45:42 +0000 UTCAs you've now seen all 6 movies these aren't spoilers. In some of the Star Wars novels and games you learn more history of the Sith and Jedi. Playing the games you get to experience being each. The Lightside seems to be about astounding luck. The Darkside you just have the most horrible things happen to you, constantly. Both are fun to play. But Anakin's story isn't the full breadth of the Sith, they do really horrific things to a lot of people, just to obtain personal power. Nice catch on the railings not being easily cut by lightsabers. I never caught that one. There is a body armor that can resist lightsabers called 'Beskar' worn by Jango Fett and other Mandalorians. There's a tv series about them, worth the watch. That said, I'd go back and peep Episode 1. It's... not good, but it was the chronological start to this Skywalker tale, and it's a true "Seen it once, never again" film

2023-05-20 22:22:30 +0000 UTCepisodes 7 8 and 9 takes place a few decades later. i personally enjoy episode 7 and have problems with episode 8. i however thank episode 9 is terrible. however i will say its at least watching to form your own opinion. same with episode 1. seeing anakin's childhood is something you need to add more context to his character.

2023-05-17 17:26:23 +0000 UTCIf the numbers are not there it's obviously up to you. There are outright haters of all the new stuff. I'm not in awe of all the movies myself, but i don't hate them either. There is definitely some amazing stuff as well. Things I really liked was some arcs of the clone wars series, the finale is amazing, Andor, Rebels and Mandalorian. Rogue one most people like and the Andor series is really good. (season 1 has recently been done, s2 and last season probably next year). Those 2 go together. If you want to watch Mandalorian it is my opinion you should go the whole way for the full experience. There is a decent amount of lore and returning characters in and from the clone wars series. Ahsoka series will release soon and has tie ins to all of those shows including Rebels (4 season animated series, which I like as well). Personally I would like you to watch it, even if I'm sure you will be critical of some of it. I don't know you enough to say if it will interest you enough. I'm a newer member. An idea that I could throw up to account for the less viewings. is to make it patreon only as a reward for patreon subscribers. Another channel did this and made a lower tier for people who want to watch the edited versions but can't commit the full price.

2023-05-17 03:41:04 +0000 UTCIf there is confusion between Sith and Jedi, just remember, Sith are the bad guys, so anything they say about Sith/Jedi teachings are probably lies or half-truths. The jedi are the good guys, if you remember anything, remember this from episode 5 Yoda says "Jedi use the force for knowledge and defense, never attack." the jedi way isn't for everybody...it is a religion that requires sacrifice. Mace Windu(SamLJackson) said that the Jedi are peacekeepers, not soldiers. Of course the chancellor manipulated things to force the jedi to be involved in war so that, he could weaken them and turn Anakin to the dark side by making Anakin not trust the Jedi council.

2023-05-16 15:54:51 +0000 UTCThere is years of life, books, comics, TV series that do in holes. I.e. the clone wars cartoon series... it takes place between episode 2 and 3. It shows Anakin's growth from padiwan to jedi knight. Also introduces specific coins that are important, as well as his Padiwan, Asoka... which she is getting her own series later this year. She's very important to Anakin. Then in the comics and novels, they fill in Vader's story and .. growth/decent into the dark side. He basically ends up with disassociative personality disorder, where in his mind, he storages Anakin from Vader. It also tells how as the emperor builds the empire, Vader's sole mission was to hunt the remaining Jedi. I don't think, but I don't know of you're going to deep dive into the lore, so I don't want to give away much more. But if you are interested, I know a great YouTube page that has put together animations and summaries of all this.

2023-05-16 15:54:01 +0000 UTCThe Disney Star Wars movies are really terrible. It’s not by George Lucas and it has some really bad writing. I wouldn’t mind if you skip them. Rouge one is the only one that’s not torture to watch, even though it’s a carbon copy of A New Hope.

So if you do stop watching Star Wars, you have to at least absorb Rogue One. The force is about BALANCE. Neither are good in extremes, it's like Ying and Yang. This is something you even notice yourself with the extreme fanaticism of each extreme.
