EARLY ACCESS - GOT S3E7-8

Comments

Now that he’s absolutely watched the next episode due to timing of the last comment saying he was in the mix of it. I know that YouTube drop will have a ton of views for him. It’s basically the episode that he escalated the phenomenon of reaction channels. A ton of book people recorded their friend’s reactions to the episode drop and put them on YouTube. GRRM said it was one thing he never predicted would come from doing a show.

Mary

😉

John Dodo

I'm watching it right now. It'll be up tonight for sure

Lenear Boyd

Yes sir depending on your location late tonight or early morning. Prepare yourself

John Dodo

seems like it will come out tonight if on schedule

Jack S

I am not sure how long it takes this man to have his reactions edited and uploaded but chances are he is watching one of the highlight episodes at this moment. You all know what I speak of. No spoilers

John Dodo

Yea the characters in the book are younger than those in the show. Rob is 14 in the book but 17 in the show, Sansa is 11 in the books and 13 in the show, Arya 9 to 11, Bran 7 to 10, Rick Rickon from 3 to 6. Goffery is 12 in the book but 16 in the show. Ned Stark is in his 30s in the book but 40s in the show.

Andrew Clifton

No problem man. Love your reactions and your personality bro, keep it up! I wish you all the success in the world

Jeremiah Smith

yes!! i have been waiting to see your reaction to the next to episodes since you began this show!

Jenna96

they don't really give every ones age in the show cuz the people playing them are way older but every one is years younger then they look in the show Daenerys is 13 Jon is 14 Brandon is 7 Robb Stark 14 Arya 9 Theon is the oldest at 17

monkeyman

You're one of my favorite reactors. I always learn something new watching you. Get ready for a rollercoaster of an ending next week 👀 actually the next two weeks will be the most FUN.

JM

Get ready to buckle up...everything is getting so exciting. The actors make us feel like you've stepped into their world. Watching the full episodes fills in the empty spots on youtube.

Lonna Neil

I like that explanation, thank you

Lenear Boyd

Jamie did it because she is everything a knight should be that he never was. He saw the honor in her that didn't exist in him. He owed her a debt and a lanister always pays their debt. He didnt believe his own promise of returning the girls so if there was ever any honor in him that was his last chance to show it.

Jay Owin

Thanks for that!

Lenear Boyd

Just a quick clarification: the creature that attacked Sam and Gilly was not a "zombie", it was actually a White Walker. White Walkers are intelligent and sentient beings and they use magic to raise corpses from the dead to fight for them. They create and control the zombies, but are not themselves zombies. Also, in the context of the GoT universe, the zombies are actually called "wights" which makes it even more confusing because "Wight" seems very similar to "White Walker" even though they are in fact separate. TLDR: Mindless corpses that walk around are "zombies" or "wights", whereas the intelligent blue skinned wrinkled creatures that raise them from the dead and control them are "White Walkers".

Jeremiah Smith

Yeah. Hes also the sarcastic villain in Last Action Hero. Hes also the villain in Michael Collins, the movie about the Irish war of Independence with Liam Neeson and Julia Roberts.

Guy from the 80's

Yes, that was Numsy (Sardo Numspa) in The Golden Child. The actors name is Charles Dance. He has been in quite a few movies.

matt Henning

Sophie Turner the actress playing Sansa was 16 at the time of filming season 3. The project manager of Daenerys is called Missandei and the red woman is called Melisandre. I agree with the confusion about similar names. It would be a lot easier if every character had a very distinct name but that would probably not be as realistic. Valar Morghulis means all men must die. This is often responded with Valar Dohaeris which means all men must serve.

Dasypodidae

i believe jaime may be finding his humanity and empathy

Mister_Bleak

I’m glad everyone else is anxiously waiting for the next two episodes. The next 5-6 episodes are super spicy. Yes Sansa is super young. It’s part of why she acts the way she does. She was so young that she still believed in fairy tales and all the stories of honorable knights and romance when she went to kings landing… but then she gets a dose of the real world. It’s like a modern day kid believing in princess Disney movie plot lines. She thought Geoffrey was a ‘prince charming’. The actress that plays Sansa is actually a child too during this. I believe she’s only 15 or so here. Her and the actress that play Arya are actually only a year apart in real life. Sansa (Sophie turner) just looks older.

Mary

Forget help, that bear made Jaime climb the wall! 🤣🤣🤣

Charlotte Drolet

I cant wait for episode 9 next week!

Dustin Puhalski

Shae is happy because of what she saw while you were looking away at just the wrong moment. She saw there was no blood on the sheets, which means Sansa's maidenhood was left intact.

Molly McAllister

"If there was ever a week to double up and do the next 2 episodes this would be the one lol" Absolutely!

Guy from the 80's

Yea I think it was a major let down for him that he saved the entire city and was basically spat on for it. Then there is also the one thing that makes him go above and beyond and do something like push Bran out the window. I want say what that is yet though as he will figure that out in his own over time.

Drewcliff82

If there was ever a week to double up and do the next 2 episodes this would be the one lol. Yes Sansa is 14 but unfortunately in these times that would have been a normal age. Once a girl had her period she was considered a woman and suitable to bear children. Sad but true. Charles Dance who plays Tywin has been In a ton of movies and is an outstanding actor. The dagger that Sam used to kill the white walker was made of dragon glass. As far as the stuff with his father, remember the story he told Jon in season 1 about how hos father told him he would join the nights watch or have an accident and die. Goffery is unbearable at this point. Boy oh boy I can't wait for the next 2. I also wanted to say that you have an exceptional amount of intellect when it comes to recognizing things and the direction the show is trying to take you. I appreciate that and respect it.

Drewcliff82

Exactly about Jaime. What happens makes perfect sense. All the second-guessing assumes Jaime is somehow evil on a fundamental level. As I've said in previous threads here Jaime desperately Wants to be the paragon of the 'shining knight', but he can't be that because of the reputation he's been saddled with by breaking his oath and becoming 'The Kingslayer' to keep the mad king from burning down the city with everyone in it. He hasn't been doing all these bad things because of personal self-interest, he does it because he's living down to everyone's expectations of him and he doesn't have enough self-respect to defy those expectations, he only has just enough pride to not delete himself.... though he's been trying and trying to get someone else to delete him, especially since he was captured by Robb. That's why it was so easy for him to jump in that bear pit, Jaime absolutely does not value his own life.

Molly McAllister

Mannnnnnn not gonna lie 😂. Selfishly I wish you were doing 4-5 episodes a week.

LumpyGrits

Have a great night project manager.

Jonathan Campbell

Would love to get these twice a week. Your GOT reactions are the only ones where I've ever truly wanted to watch the full length reactions.

Brandon Tracy-Hurst

Man The Bear The Bear and the Maiden Fair is such an amazing episode. I get why Shae feels the way she does but she has to realize there is literally nothing Tyrion can do. I also get why he won't run away as dwarves are treated awful in this universe. Tough situation. Theon has done some messed up stuff but he does feel extreme remorse and he has paid a lot. It'd overkill at this point. When it comes to Jamie, your asking the wrong questions. Instead of looking for reasons as to why he would do something good, try to think about the thing that most of the bad things he has done have been centered around. Ok on to the next episode.

Drewcliff82

Hell yeah! Edit: Hope we get the remaining episodes this week as well!

Guy from the 80's
