I am writing to express my sincere apologies for the delay in submitting my work and for not adhering to the previously agreed-upon deadlines. I recognize that this has possibly caused you inconvenience, for which I am deeply remorseful.
The delay was unforeseen, resulting from unexpected circumstances that compromised my ability to work as efficiently as anticipated. Please be assured that I am committed to preventing such occurrences in the future by implementing specific measures to better manage my time and responsibilities.
Currently, Thailand is experiencing flooding. The water levels have now started to recede, and people are beginning to come down from their rooftops. I will resume my work and complete it, then send it by mail. There might be some delay, and even though you have already canceled the application, the letter will still be sent.
I greatly appreciate your understanding and patience in this matter and am dedicated to restoring your trust by enhancing my punctuality and commitment to deadlines in the future.
