The idea was that I wanted to draw Sanemi closing his freak eyes for once, like in the throes of pleasure or something, but when I got to the final variant I thought, no, he's gotta be wide eyed for this one. I compromised by having him with his eyes closed in the second variant lmao.
I wanted to have Makio and Suma bickering more, but also didn't want to swamp the images with too much text, so you'll have to imagine them yelling at each other while they stretch Sanemi's asshole (probably much to his annoyance).
