About Subscribe Star page

My profile https://subscribestar.adult/trixter-s-modding-lab still on Review state. Almost a month. No requests, no comments, nothing at all.
I've send 4 emails to support team but still have no answers. Nothing at all.
I dont know whats going on and i dont have any other way to contact with Subscribestar support except email.
I dont know what i can do with this and what is the problem at all.
