A very thick diaper with correspondingly wide crotch is clearly visible hanging below Serena’s skirt, holding her legs apart due to the massive amount of padding. As we look on from behind and to the side, someone out of the picture reaches in, pulls Serena’s skirt up, and pulls the back of the diaper’s waistband out. Next, the mystery person empties a large container full of ice into the back of Serena’s diaper, then lets go of the diaper’s waistband and her skirt, allowing both items to go back to their proper place. Serena is shocked by the sudden freezing feeling, and this causes her to heavily mess and wet her diaper.
