Smol Gallery update

Howdy howdy! The weekend is NOW-

So on the new gallery over on Mega, 2017-2019 are FINALLY COMPLETE! Here's a small list of updates added to some of the sets.

• Older sets (most) that had no animation now have animated gif/vid sets! 
• VIDs are video files replacing the large GIF files on sets to save space (A LOT OF SPACE)
• Some animations that had "shifty" lighting are now tweaked for your viewing pleasure
• Some animations have been redone in the 2019 folder, because why not ;)

So if you like browsing though my older work, now it's a good time to skim around!

To sort of wrap some of this recent rework, here's some background details for funsies. 

Most of you know, 2018 was the year I started animating and making gifs. While the first few gifs were more of transitions between alts, I started to get more serious in that same year and started to add more motion. Looking back at some sets, some of that animation was a bit rough, but with everything I improved artwork, animation, and my workflow.

With half of 2018 and below missing animations, I finally went back and got them done >:D YESS I do feel accomplished for this! Although, with the other half of 2018 already pre-animated and beyond, well.. animation will vary between sets.. meaning some animation in 2017 might be better than others in 2017-2018 lol 

As much as I'd like to reanimate all the previous sets... THAT WOULD TAKE TOO LONG .. The goal was to give animation to sets that never had it in the first place and that goal was met.

Aaand while a lot of sets in 2018 and beyond already had animation, some of the BIG GIF files were frikin' BIIIG .. we're talking about like 20-70MB BIG and that took too much space, so a lot of these gif files are now VID files under 10MB... usually.

Besides all that, some sets called out to me and just needed some extra love with my new animation skills >:U So a few sets are extra fun now..  WHICH ONES!? Well Here's a list!

Besides that, a lot of other sets in 2019 got retouched for lighting changes and file sizes.

I still have to go through and finish the 2020 folder. With better animation in that year, I'm guessing only half may need to be resized, but not a lot of changes will happen and it'll get done possibly by early February. Once 2020 is done I will be closing the old google drive gallery for a full transition to this gallery, which includes the ongoing 2022 folder :D

From the start I never expected doing this would take so much time, aaaaah, but it did and I did the very best I could. It was a labor of love, but I hope some of you get to enjoy it! No, it didn't cut time into my newest work, but now you know why I've been extra quiet this month haha. While old work is well.. old, it's fun seeing it in a new perspective ❤️
