June OC Suggestions 2021

This is the second official OC suggestion post EVER (and not the last). With every OC poll comes extra care and love.
Like before, you may only suggest original characters that belong to you or someone else with the right permissions and references. I understand that not everyone has a character, but you SHOULD STILL participate by voting/hearting your favorite character/scenario that gets suggested on this post!
With everything out of the way, here are THE RULES:
- Only Original Characters are allowed to be suggested on this suggestion post.
- Your suggestion MUST include a brief idea/scenario to be considered.
- No fanart characters or my personal OC (Lora, Tessa, etc) are allowed on this one.
- Characters must have proper references or reference sheets. Video game screen shots from a character maker does not count and may NOT be considered.
- The OC must be established, I will NOT create your character by description.
- You may suggest a character that you did not create, but you must have proper permission from the original artist(I will check with said artists).
- Newly joined patrons (that joined this month) will NOT be considered for character suggestions.
- ONLY 1 Character suggestion allowed per patron. No exceptions
Besides those rules, my usual commission rules will be in effect as well. You may read more about those HERE.
Things to keep in mind-
- 6 OC's will be featured in the upcoming June Poll
- "Established OC's" refers to the character being previously drawn(Scribbles or stick figures are not proper references). If you have a visual/drawning/reference, you're good!
- I will choose the 3 most popular hearted/liked characters, the other three will be my personal picks
- Actual people may be suggested as OC's, but you need to have a drawing reference (previously drawn before)
- Following commission rules, you still need to give details on what the character is wearing/doing and where they are at. Scenario is important to go with the character!
How do I provide references?
You may provide reference links through Google drive, Dropbox, DA Stash or Imgur. Additionally you may also drop references/images on the Discord's Suggestion box channel with a description.
Also please keep in mind that whatever gets suggested and whoever ends up winning, I will still take ALL artistic liberties, even more so than a regular commission. This is a great opportunity for someone to get their character drawn, however this is a group effort by my patrons and their vote and NOT considered a true commission. Meaning there will be no changes and you may NOT ask for alterations of any kind, all artwork is final. Alts and GIFS will be made by my discretion, you may NOT ask for these, but you may ask for ONE singular version you would like the final drawing to be.
Remember to be specific, but keep it nice short and simple! ❤️

The scenario is that due to Mona acting brattier then usual lately, Rin (Mona’s care taker/LandLord) has decided that a more severe punishment is due. Mona is at an ABDL convention being led around a baby leash by Rin. She’s wearing an hyper feminine sissy outfit that does nothing to hide her diapers, the exact opposite of her usual goth aesthetic. Mona is trying to look tough but fails, her true feelings of panic and embarrassment showing through. Rin on the other hand is enjoying the convention and mentions that she’s hoping to find some friends for a play date for Mona that could also be a better influence on her. The idea I had for the scenario was that Rin (Mona’s care taker/LandLord who babys her) has decided that Mona has been brattier then usual and the typical punishments won’t do, so she decides to take Mona to an ABDL convention where Mona is all sissied up with an hyper feminine baby outfit that’s the total opposite of her usual goth aesthetic. Mona is trying to put up a tough attitude but she fails and her true embarrassment flustered feelings show through due to her being in such a public place despite what everyone else is wearing. She’s being led around on a baby leash by Rin. Rin even mentions finding some playmates that could be a better influence on Mona and help her be less of a brat. The scenario I have in mind is simple, a POV shot of her dominating the viewer, not too different from my concept, she's grinding her diaper against the viewer's own, while pouring massage oil down her front and even into her diaper. Wet and messy variations are at your discretion, but if we go with one image I'd have it be wet but quite full, maybe even leaking. Also, in case this is unclear in the concept, she's wearing a simple white tank top which has been soaked, I've just had so little privacy at home to really finish the piece. The backdrop is more or less just an Eastern styled massage parler lit by candles, may possibly have incense burning as well, how exactly that appears i leave up to your discretion. Also, anatomy wise, she's meant to be quite thin but well toned, I'll attach a reference to give a better impression since my drawing probably looks a fair bit inhuman.
