Kobold Adventure is moving servers!

Due to some unforeseen technical difficulties regarding https certificates, Kobold Adventure is moving to a new IP address. This won't affect much, only that the site may be down for as much as an entire day, while the DNS change propagates throughout the internet.

I deeply apologize for any inconvenience this might cause, but the entire situation is out of my control. The certificate issuing thing that I use decided they would no longer support the protocol that my certificate-fetching program uses. Updating the program to the new protocol has caused the kobold adventure domain to no longer be able to automatically renew for some unknown arcane reason. No HTTPS, no Kobold Adventure.

I've been trying to fix this issue for the past three hours, but nothing I do works, and my growing headache isn't helping one bit. As a last resort, I'm scrapping Kobold Adventure from the server it's on right now (which also hosts another website), and I'm moving it to a new server of its own, where I hopefully will not have the issues which I'm facing right now.

To sum it all up: some company decided for some reason to deprecate something I work with, and as a result, I had to wade through piles of feces to makes sure that everything stays functional. I drowned in the feces, and now I'm going to hope that my soul makes it to heaven in one piece, while my body remains trapped in hell.

Sadly, this frustrating issue has taken away valuable writing time for Kobold Adventure. The update will still be on Monday, but there may be slightly less content than anticipated.

Anyway, thank you all for your continued interest in Kobold Adventure. Sorry for rambling a bit, but I'm bloody frustrated. I'm going to go create a new server, and do all the tiring, headache-inducing work that I did to make it run in the first place. Server may be down for a little bit. Edit: the game is live on the new server, DNS has been transferred, the certificate has been set up after A LOT of fucking about, and I now have a major headache. I need some food.
