Okay, as some of you know, the fiendish condition or ability is contagious, and a switched bottle could lead to something. And so, someday, Sam and this poor girl switched bottles, and there the transformation goes. Muscles and claws are the recipe to make a Fiend happy.
Hmm, do I need to put Sam in chains from now on? Just kidding, I like my little fiend here!
