Big updates for KMT today, it adds a little more polish to the circuit, improves some areas, and fixes a heap of bugs. It's a lot of little changes, but they all add up to give the circuit a sense of completeness.
I have labelled this as v0.99 now as there's probably still a few thing to sort out - but please let me know if you find anything!

Kuwait changes
· Removed parallax sand texture – was not working as intended
· Fixed the missing collision on some track walls
· Fixed several holes and Z-fighting in the terrain around the track
· Added some more 3D palm trees trackside
· Hidden some of the 2D vegetation
· Re-mapped some terrain texture UVs so the texture is not all warped
· Removed the Advanced Physics tags from the surfaces.ini file – now you can just toggle advanced physics in the Content Manager launch options
· Fixed the kerb texture being a slightly different blue-green than the asphalt in run off areas
· Changed the crash barrier materials to be more reflective, and look like metal, not plastic.
· Fixed some dips in the run off area at turn 5 (main)
· New VAO patches for each layout
· Added Pure landscape shader, so the horizon is not a bleak wall any more.
· Some other asphalt material values changed to be more consistent across materials.
· Fixed shadows on some objects that were not casting them.
· Changed shader on main grandstand to be more metallic
· Adjusted 3D main window shader, to align with the grandstand better
· LED flag panels around the track now work as flag indicators, rather than just being lit up green constantly.
· Added functional red start countdown lights
· Scaled down A LOT of the textures down from 4K to more palatable sizes (512x or 1024x for example) Should help performance loads. For example, the objects.kn5 file was almost 600mb. It is now less than 400mb.
· Changed the alpha on one of the foliage textures to stop the annoying floaty lines appearing above the tall grass plants.
