Tahoma Drift

Second track of the day, and it's a new one! Introducing 'Tahoma Drift,' set against the magnificent backdrop of Mount Rainier in Washington State.

This isn't my typical type of racing circuit; it's geared towards the drift community and features lights, LED screens, and a whole new vibe. It's a departure from the 'serious racetracks' you're used to from me, but sometimes a little change is refreshing! Dont worry though, this is just a dive into something new, and not a new normal - the normal serious content is still on the way.

Because this track is something different, I've decided to keep this Patreon post unlocked. That means everyone has access to it, not just contributors. I'm excited to hear what all of you think!

This track started as a small 'test' circuit, but not for driving. I used it to test out new CSP configuration settings, 3D models, lights, things like that. So it's been in development for ages, but not active. Whenever something needed to be tested it would be implemented here first.

The filesize is very large ~1GB as it contains 'megascans' which are high detailed assets used by mainly the Unreal Engine, but I have ported them into AC, again, mainly as an experiment.

So please keep in mind, if the track is slow to load, or the performance is not great, that if the track proves popular I'll dedicate the time to optimizing it for better performance.

Download Tahoma Drift and let the drifting begin!

20 pit boxes
There is an AI line, which weaves around most of the track, to allow for replay cams.

I'm really enjoying this track so far and it is my new favorite practice track as I continue to learn the art of drifting. Thank you for this and I hope to see more like it in the future.
