Heartland Motorsports Park Public Release
Added 2023-06-28 14:57:07 +0000 UTCTrack surface is made using LiDAR data, and has gone through 6 rounds of revisions thanks to your feedback, so time for a public release.
For Heartland Motorsports Park.
- Fixed an Issue where cars would collide in the pits
- Fixed an issue with the textures on the paddock building roof being wrong
- Fixed the tyre marbles casting overly large shadows along the circuit
- Fixed normals of concrete walls and the white / green barriers.
- Updated Rain so it works correctly on more of the drivable surfaces, including the skidpad
- Added the horizon shader from Pure 0.190
- Moved the signs away from the building over the top of the drag strip to reduce flickering.
- Added @Fanaprydes Outlines, and Sections files. (thanks for this)

If you dont have Pure 0.190 yet, I'd strongly urge you to do so. It has a great new feature that can be used to add a horizon to tracks. Here's the difference it makes to Heartland.

I've always had issues opening the NASCAR layout, for some reason. I deleted the track and reinstalled it today, but it still causes AC to crash when trying to load. It's my home track, so I'm very grateful to have such an excellent LIDAR version of it in AC, but I'm not sure what's going on with that particular layout.
