Sebring 1966 Updates and Fixes

Hey another one for today! Some fixes and updates that have been requested for Sebring over the months since it has been released. A few things are slightly experimental, so may get reverted if there is enough publick outcry!

I have taken onboard the feedback for the treeFX test I did with the Ancienne Carriere track. And belive there's a happy medium to be found with 3D trees. So this version of Sebring has 3D palms, as they look so much better, but the other tree types remain as the 2D ones from before. Eager to hear feedback though.

Full change list:

· Fixed Occluder block under bridge – so fixes rendering issues.

· Removed ambient sounds, fixing the 'reverb node does not exist' Error.

· Fixed an issue where some tents were not casting shadows.

· Reduced 4k textures to 2K texture where it makes no difference, performance increase.
Decreased intensity of the smoke effects around the track, this seemingly makes it work a bit better.

· 3D trees were added sparsely around the track. Not enough to cause performance issues, but enough to make a visual difference.
More than Happy to revert or make a fork version if the trees are not working for some people.

· Added parallax map to the slabs that make up most of the track. They now simulate grooves with actual depth, as opposed to before where it was a normal map doing the work. (Visual only, road feel unchanged) Again, this may not be to everyone’s taste. If you don’t like the new road, delete everything after the end of line 3849 of the extensions config file.

· to match the new asphalt look, I have brightened up the grass and surrounding terrain a small amount.

· Renewed VAO patch

The new version looks good and runs comparably to the previous version for me, including under the lights. I don't mind the judicious use of 3D trees, but I can kind of take them or leave them, to be honest. I think I actually prefer the look of the previous road surface. One thing I'm noticing with the updated track is that RainFX is no longer affecting the road surface itself, and looking at the code, I'm not sure why...
