I like the idea of of the girl being confused and upset with the listener - "why'd you kiss me to start with if you're wearing that... thing?!" she expresses her disappointment that the specifics of her business trip fling have changed, but she refuses to let the listener go. maybe while the listener is in the bathroom working through anxiety she's back at her seat looking stuff up online or messaging friends for input

Maybe our character has no intentions of ever calling her thinking she’s grossed out by us but over the 10 hour flight she couldn’t get the image of us in a diaper out of her head. She sees us struggling in baggage claim and helps us with our luggage (and maybe a different load) giving us another push to call her and make plans!
