Magical fantasy age regressions, by a a teacher and or at a daycare worker, Or maybe having your age drained by hugs and kisses by a maternal vampire. Maybe another would be being age regressed with magic tickling or atleast have a situation where tickling caused an accident that warrents diapers. Maybe a cliche age regression magical fantasy involving a wife wanting a baby and the significant other not wanting one, so they turn there other into baby to fill that void. Also finally a story of a mother in law using magic the turn the son in law into a baby, the wife could be in on it more or less. Finally you can't go wrong with a magical spanking that shrinks someone with every spank, or evenrually age regresses them while magically transforming their clothing , and especially underwear into a diaper. Really any combination would be amazing.
