Spring Mountain Motorsports Resort V2

As promised last weekend, here is the update to spring mountain. On the surface it doesn’t look like much, but there’s been lots of tweaks to the track surface, corner cambers, smoothing out of bumps, added kerbs where they were missing, it’s overall just a much much better representation of the real track.
That being said, the complexity of the track, and length of all of the asphalt combined, there will still likely be several areas that need work, so please if you have found any issue leave a comment and I’ll do my best to address the issues for the next update.

For now there is still just the two selectable layouts. I hope to add a few more for the next update.
As I said in the V1 release, I’m tracking the work on the new layout that is being constructed to the north of the circuit. Almost in real time, as the asphalt has been laid out in the real track, so it has been on this one. You’ll see it in some of the screenshots. It’s not really driveable right now but it’s been a bit of work getting it all in place. It’s basically increased the amount of asphalt by like 30% so was a bit of a time sink.
Also, I have spent some time on the skidpans, test areas whatever, putting down the white painted lines and the orange cones. You can drive to the infield to have a look by following the relevant roads, as they’ve been added as well.
Finally, the main clubhouse has been added. It looks pretty good if I do say so myself. A lot of the buildings around the track, use the same materials, and have similar features, so they should be a lot quicker to make now I have the ‘groundwork’ completed. I’ve also added a few lights around the clubhouse that’ll make it pop at night if you’re driving in the dark / sunset.
