April 2021 update
Here’s an update to my current ongoing projects to keep you all in the loop. First batch of pictures in this update show Thunderhill. Then there's a few shots of some of the other projects i'm working on.
Thunderhill:
First of all, thanks again for all of the feedback on this one, the last update seemed to be pretty popular and i've taken onboard everything that was mentioned. See the list of changes below. Next step will be to add all the pit buildings etc.

- Fixed the dip on the kerb of T1
- Smoothed the join on T2 to the west track where there was a slight jump.
- Re-profiled T2 again, to make it slightly narrower, and more accurate to the Lidar Data.
- Paved the triangle cut bit of T3, added it to track limits also
- Added additional paved area outside of T4 kerb
- Added Apex kerb to T4
- Added additional paved area outside of T6 kerb
- Added reference cone at T7
- Added reference cone at entry to T8
- Fixed a materials glitch at T10 where there was too much asphalt in some areas
- Updated the terrain image for some of the west circuit, to include patches of darker grass in relevant areas, this info was sourced from Bing Maps, which seems to have more colour accuracy than the Google one.
- Tweaked a few wall positions to make references more accurate.
Spring Mountain Motor Resort:
- All Asphalt is now down, work to take this into the game will progress in the next few weeks
Sebring 60’s
- All Asphalt is now down, for both the ‘66 and ‘67 layouts, work to take this into the game will progress in the next few weeks. I have started work on modelling the bridges and some other period correct objects.
Kinekullering:
- This is a small Swedish circuit that’s been requested by as a commission. I’m allowed to share it with you here once it’s got past the initial build stage. The terrain and road surface is already done, even the rallycross infield track is working as intended, expect this to be available imminently.
Toronto:
- I’ve added the break distance markers for most corners now, once I’ve fixed an issue with one of the walls, and added a few more trackside details this one will be finished. It’s come together quite nicely if I do say so myself.
Also I’ve been playing around with a few new techniques and designs for some of my own designed tracks. I’ve not posted any of them for a while, so I may post two or three at the same time, and do a poll on which one should be finished.
