I also want to be completely transparent when I say that the last two months have been a little tough for me. I had to take a few steps back to work on my mental health and I can honestly say I am feeling refreshed and excited for the future. I want to thank all of you for your patience with my somewhat absent presence online. I can't wait to make new content for you all and to be the best audio mommy I can be!
I appreciate every single one of you so very much. Please take care of yourselves and nurture your minds. You deserve it.

This isn’t an easy job, you have to create an alternate world every week. Let’s face it, it used to be a taboo subject, it has improved, but not mainstream yet. As a business owner of multiple companies, taking care of everyone is my job, having you take care of me is my dream, and you do it so well. Like every creative endeavor, it can be taxing and exhausting, with deadlines and running a business behind it.
