Newsletter October 2024

The newest archive links were sent on 31st October around 11:50 PM. There was much going on privately, I went through a phase of lack of sleep due to some crunch shifts at the office, so I was pretty exhausted the last days and even now I'm dealing with lots of headache as a result of the stress. So I will take it slow and that's the reason why I'm making this news post on day 2.

Personally, when it comes to spooky, lewd scenes and Halloween-themed works, the ideas I came up with were endless. But with some clear, strict time constraints, the choices were limited. I'm glad that I was able to finish two works that were on my nsfw art bucket list for so long, namely the Castlevania and Shaman King ones.Some of the early drafts were so old, they were from at least 4 years ago. I'm satisfied as long as I'm able to wrap any interesting idea I had up. If not anytime soon it's still ok and I'm at peace if I can finalize it later. What matters for me is that I always keep track of my ideas while my style is up to date and is mirrored in my works.

Once again, it makes me humble just to see how fast time can pass within a month, so once again many sketches are left unfinished. As I said in my earlier post, I think, this time, I just try to continue some of my Halloween ideas I have started and try to wrap up most of them. Although the time constraints can be a real stress and source of frustration, it was still a very fulfilling month, because it is always fun to come up with ideas for a specific theme or season.
