So this is the final groundwork and I can consider it almost done. Only some alternate expressions and proper effets + background are left which I should probably be able to wrap up today after work.

It was a very stressful, unhealthy weak and I was close to burning out at work, it was difficult to maintain the daily drawing schedule after coming home and I also ended up falling straight into bed. I'm already looking forward to this weekend and catch up with lots of sleep, I think.

Before that I will hopefully upload the CG. I'm finally at a point where I feel comfrotable with Kikoru's hair and face. I still think, she does not look close to the original design and I think it might mainly be because of the shape of her rounder head here in my version. The other thing, that was driving me nuts was her battle suit that had so many weird details and almost look different in every reference. I went with some own tweaks and adjustments, until I lost my energy to improve it for dozens of times. I hope she is still recognizable enough. At least, there are few things I can keep in mind for my second artwork of her.
