The setting is completely fictional and actually a long-term concept design project of mine which I wanted to use for my manga once but also for severel hentai situations. It takes place on an island where the whole kingdom and cities are designed like natatoriums and resort centers, and swimsuits are a part of the average clothing style of the local natives.
I probably have more to tell about my concepts in the future.
