Hint system

The new hint system (available in 4.2C with the TAB key) now only hints at events that take place late at night, and the most common ones (Stuck, masturbation, etc) during the day have to be found out through objects that give routine hints (cell phone, diary, chalkboard)
Do you like it this way? Or should it hint at all events? For example, if Stacy is trapped in the window during the day, it should give an alert like "I thought I heard something upstairs."
As always with this type of voting, keep in mind the final gameplay and not just the "easiest" way to play.

I was thinking exactly that! Make it distance-based for the most common events. I'm actually in favor of leaving it as is (I really like a more "hard-core" approach to investigating events when playing), but seeing the overwhelming difference in votes, I think it's a good idea to set it for all events, but as you say, in one area.
