A summary: Madara wants to gather all Tailed Beasts to revive the 10 tails and with it to control the world and cast a genjutsu off the moon(Akatsuki being literally called Red Moon), called Infinute Tsukuyomi(Tsukuyomi was Utachi's mangekyou genjutsu if you remember) where he sends all the people in the world in a dream life. And the project named "Eye of/on the Moon" now makes sense. PS. Thanks for the shoutout, glad I can provide good assistance 😁
