A "special dungeon".

I got the suggestion several times to add a "dungeon" somewhere where people leave some of their wenches followers (or followers in general), I was thinking on adding that kind of thing to the brothel, like an underground part or something like that.
It will require the brothel to have more dependencies though, at first I thought on making the brothel use sexlab by default since I think it will work better that way (immersion :P) but if I wanna add a "dungeon" it will require at least ZAZ animations.
So I wanna ask how do you think it should work.
