She looks uncomfortable the entire time and the way she’s brushing her teeth heavily immediately after says a lot. Besides them being together forever and her still not wanting to fully consummate anything shows that she just wasn’t into it and I think only did it bc he was the popular guy and she was the popular girl so it was ‘natural’.
