I really loved this season. Love how Francesca gave off a bit of a gay panic while meeting Michaela too— John is a sweetie, but my girl finally looked abit lovestruck there. Will be interesting to see what happens next season.

And that's exactly what happened when Francesca met Michaela at the end of the ep. Not sure where her story will go as I haven't read her book but I think that parallel was significant

But I do believe she wanted Eloise to be a good friend, she just doesn't know how to reciprocate. Then on top of all that she has this huge pressure to marry, and with this being her 3rd season, she knows it's probably not going to happen and her whole life is totally out of her hands. Not excusing anything she has done, just saying, realistically she's not been taught anything different.
