Project Starchild WIP, update, + new shirt!

Hi friends!

First and foremost, here's a quick work in progress from a Project Starchild page. Mina is nowhere to be found... yet :P (I've only sketched her in but it looks bad so you just get a cool alleyway for now.

Progress on the book is going along! I've finished a few pages but mostly I've been taking care of other business/writing/planning. I won't spoil anything else narrative-wise but here's a little peek at what you can expect:

New Shirt!

Some of y'all have likely caught wind of it already but I have a new, limited edition shirt up for sale! 

I teamed up with Teespring to make a special two-week run of a GOLD FOIL shirt, a brand new original design from yours truly. I've got some real fun things planned over on Twitter for the next two weeks, too, where I'll be bringing in guest artists to help promo the shirt. :3 

Unlike everything else that stays in my Teespring store, this is up now and then GONE FOREVER so make sure to definitely snag one if you're itching to have some cool-ass golden gear. :3 

Life stuff ig

Working on this design, the promo art, and wrangling artists and stuff has kept me a bit busy, as has just kinda milling about and getting ref for the book. The weather in Osaka has been unforgivingly inconsistent. It's been super hot and sunny some days, cold and windy on others, and occasionally rainy at least every week. Today's a really nice day so I'm out working as much as I can but we're looking to have a few days in a row of showers so I'm likely gonna be cooped up inside. Probably will get a bunch of work done.

Otherwise I'm actually doing... quite okay. I know y'all are kind and caring enough to actually be concerned about my mental health so I feel like there's a bit of an onus on my end to let you know how things are going. Fortunately, they're okay. My best sign of progress so far is that I'm now on a two-week schedule for my therapy sessions instead of weekly. My journal is more filled with inane wanderings now than broken and sad confessions and misery. 

I hope things can keep looking up? It's been nice to like, wake up feeling okay. I'd like for it to stay that way.

Thanks again for your support, all of you. I'm almost at $2k on here and that's surreal ;-; It's let me be a lot less frightful about my finances while abroad and makes planning for the future a lot less scary. Thank you so much for the support and I look forward to keep making it worth it for y'all <3
