So as I understand it, the series is actually not based on a true case but loosely inspired by actual events and rumors. Apparently, there was actually someone who once bit Beyoncรฉ and I think that some of the tweets we see in episode 6 are real screenshots from the bird app.

2023-04-22 05:20:13 +0000 UTCas for the ending i really think dre had a psychotic break and couldn't deal with the fact that all her actions were for nothing. hence, NiJah having marisa's face. dre 100% got arrested and now her idol probably thinks she's trash, she copes through her fantasies. also she killed marisa's baby brother, that's what the milk story alludes to. and why her foster parents aren't too surprised to see her show up with a weapon

Dominique Fishback was INSANEEE!!! so Andrea Greene is not real. they added the actors to reenact and added the actual show's creators to add to the reality and it was superrrr meta. i fr had to google Andrea Greene bc i was convinced this happened.
