2022-08-18 14:28:24 +0000 UTCI wanted to address the Juvenile Detention thing. I believe it is federal law anyone under 18 goes to a detention center if they commit a crime. As for why El is going, she assaulted someone with what could be considered a weapon. So had Sam not saved her she would be in a detention center.
