The scene with the king. He has dementia. He saw the fireworks and thought he was back at his and queen charlottes wedding day. The queen loves him dearly but didnโt want that moment happening infront of people. Edwina handled it beautifully by playing along and pretending it was his and the queens wedding day and encouraged him to rest up. Her response is why the queen decided it was edwinas choice as to whether she should marry
