NIHM: Ch. 04
Added 2025-05-20 16:29:35 +0000 UTCIn the end, the result was more or less this: The Uchiha clan's properties were reclaimed by Konoha at 30% of their market value; among them, the openly operated shops under the Uchiha name were bought at market price.
As for some of the remaining belongings within the Uchiha compound, after some sorting, Kazuha sold off most of them, leaving only those items that might be useful now or in the future.
Things like ninja tools, sealing scrolls, and the like.
In addition, he also received some ninjutsu scrolls from the Third Hokage, which had trickled down from the higher-ups' private collections. Although there weren't many of them, the scrolls still included over a hundred C-rank ninjutsu, dozens of B-rank ones, and more than a dozen A-rank techniques.
Despite the quantity, few of these ninjutsu were truly practical.
After all, Kakashi was known to have copied over a thousand jutsu, and the Uchiha clan, couldn't have fallen behind in jutsu research.
To the Uchiha clan, this collection was nothing more than a drizzle.
Still, there was a complete set of the Uchiha's signature Fire Release ninjutsu, from the Great Fireball Technique to Great Fire Annihilation, which was just barely sufficient.
After all, the Uchiha were known for their eyes.
Without awakening the Sharingan, these jutsu would take a long time to fully absorb. But once the eyes were awakened, the number of ninjutsu available was essentially unlimited, they could always be gathered again. As for the Uchiha legacy, it was split evenly between Kazuha and Sasuke, half each. The former felt he had never been so wealthy before, while the latter showed little interest.
Sasuke now only cared about things that could make him stronger.
Kazuha didn't try to persuade him otherwise. In fact, after everything was split, the two rarely interacted again. Though of the same clan, whenever they saw each other, they were reminded of the night of the massacre.
Sasuke was unaware and a victim himself, but the one who carried out the massacre was his brother. That connection, no matter how open-minded Kazuha might be, was something Sasuke couldn't get past. So rather than maintain a superficial bond, it was better to simply avoid each other.
Kazuha also believed that time could heal all wounds. Whether Sasuke could do so, he didn't know, but he did know that Konoha had already moved on.
Not long after the night of the massacre, Konoha quietly began erasing the traces of the Uchiha. Even though the Uchiha had once been Konoha's top clan, under the gag order, within less than six months, they stopped being mentioned altogether.
The original Uchiha compound was also restructured during this time. Some areas were demolished and rebuilt, some turned into waterways, others planted with greenery. Except for a solitary graveyard near the Memorial Stone that belonged to the Uchiha, and the presence of two lone Uchihas in the village, it was as if the Uchiha had never existed in Konoha.
As for all these changes, aside from lamenting how things had changed and people had moved on, he felt little emotional disturbance. With the people gone, the compound was only a painful reminder, it was better gone.
He focused on adapting to his new life at the ninja academy and studying the changes after his cheat was activated.
First, his consciousness could now enter the System Space at any time, so could Pirate Kazuha. And whenever either one entered the space, the other could sense it.
With every version of Kazuha that appeared, a function of the data panel would be completed, and that function would then become shared between them.
Currently, there were only two shared functions.
Through research, it had been discovered that life experiences allow a Kazuha from one world to perceive and emotionally experience another Kazuha's life from their own perspective and will.
For example, Ninja Kazuha can use these new experiences to stimulate his Sharingan, attempting to discover the secret to awakening it. At the same time, he absorbs Pirate Kazuha's combat experience from fighting beasts.
Meanwhile, Pirate Kazuha drew from Ninja Kazuha's life experiences to learn taijutsu training methods from the Naruto world, helping him improve more quickly and effectively.
Next came the matter of HP sharing.
After Ninja Kazuha's resurrection, his HP was 9700 (+300). But not long after, the data changed to 10000 (+300).
Based on what he experienced, he felt somewhat weak when his consciousness returned to his body, like how it felt after getting injured while battling a beast, and recovered completely after a day or two of rest.
So, after comparing the changes on both sides, the two Kazuha made the following deduction:
The 10,000 HP belongs to Pirate Kazuha.
The 300 HP belongs to Ninja Kazuha.
Once their life forces became linked, the system allowed for forced survival, if one side died, 1 HP would be locked in place, and HP would be shared to keep the other alive. In some cases, one could even be revived using the other's vast life energy.
The two Kazuha conducted many experiments and concluded: HP sharing only triggered when one side was really at risk of death.
However, maximum HP could be shared at all times. The one with lower HP could share in the life potential of the one with higher HP.
In the One Piece world, human vitality as winherently strong, and their health could keep improving with nutrition and supplements, constantly surpassing limits and achieving superhuman physiques.
That was why pirates in that world often had monstrous levels of HP.
This was something the Naruto world couldn't compare with.
In the past, Ninja Kazuha needed intense, sustained training to see small improvements in physical strength. But now, with only basic daily exercise, he found his HP increasing at a rocket-like pace.
In just one month, his original 300 HP multiplied several times, and the growth hadn't slowed down, it continued increasing. Throughout this process, he didn't feel any discomfort. In fact, his cells were clearly transforming under this training.
The Uchiha clan had a naturally strong spirit, allowing them to use and mold more chakra than the average ninja.
But even that had its limits.
At most, they could produce several times more chakra than normal, but their cellular energy e.g. physical energy still fell short of fully unleashing the power of Yin Release.
However, in his case, his daily training continuously increased his HP, which in turn transformed his cells and allowed them to carry more life energy. If he had to compare it to something, it would be similar to a normal person awakening the Sage Body.
Whether it was the Uchiha, Senju, Uzumaki, Kaguya, or Hyūga clans… Though they each seemed to possess different bloodline limits, and appeared vastly different from one another, they all traced back to Ōtsutsuki bloodlines.
The difference lay in how the Ōtsutsuki lineage expressed itself based on the energy traits inherited by each clan.
This rapid HP growth led him to speculate that he might be heading down a path that stimulated the awakening of the Sage Body.
To verify this theory, he began training even more diligently.
